Welcome to the Winterley Pool web-site.
Winterley Pool is situated alongside the A534 just through Haslington, the Pool was formerly used to power a local corn mill. The venue has two waters to fish, the front larger pool, known as the specimen lake and the old match lake to the rear.
Both these waters hold predominantly Carp now with the front specimen lake having a good head of twenties and the old Match pool holding some cracking Koi Carp into the twenty pound bracket.
Mark the bailiff is a really friendly guy and is always willing to give you any advice you may need, he is a Carp angler himself and has fished the two waters now for many years. Both waters have excellent spacious clean barked pegs to fish from, fresh water on site good stock of Carp which makes Winterley pool a venue to visit.
